I think she's a variant of the Tk-Cell designation, like Judd. I think that's how she repaired Katya's brain. I can't think what else it would mean.

haha I really love this guy... can't believe love can truly change this once cold Psy and an arrow for that matter. And I can see there will be much more of Judd in the coming books. I cant wait...

I thought Noor meant that she and Judd are both healers. I'm not sure if she has the TK-Cell designation or if she's just a really, super strong M-Psy. Either way, her powers are really interesting and I can't wait to learn more about them.

Like everyone else, I loved Judd in this book. From Caressed by Ice, we learned that children tend to like Judd and now we know that he really likes them too. It'll be interesting to learn more about his work with William and to see him with more children in future books. I really hope he and Brenna have a child soon!
