Just got my ARC

Don't be embarrassed! I thought it was a legitimate word that I just never heard before. I was thinking, "Sheesh, she's German & has a better vocabulary than me!" Then I checked online to see what it meant & nothing came up, so I figured you meant "awesome." ;-)

Tracy is absolutely right you know? There are a lot of more embarrassing things..here's an example (sorry it's in german but I don't really know how to translate it):
Den hat einer unserer Lehrer beim Hochsprung losgelassen: "Marius hat seinen Höhepunkt schon vor der Latte."
Würde mal sagen das ist peinlicher

Speaking of embarrassing moments, I botched my high school valedictorian speech in front of hundreds of people (I congratulated the wrong class number; it was just nerves & I wasn't really "thinking" while up there.)....It took me an entire month to get over that one. I laugh at it now, but see, it could be worse. ;-)

Don't be, your English is phenomenal I am so impressed with how articulate you are. I can't believe English is a second language for you. All the little extras you gals have been posting is making this wait bearable so thanks to you all so much!!!!

Yeah, I always hated finals week. For me, I have to interview for jobs all this month. I'm so not looking forward to it! It's my least favorite thing in the world, as I get extremely nervous since it pretty much determines the direction of my entire life....So yeah....Not fun. Of course, if I get my "dream job," then I'll be reading KOS "in celebration." Otherwise, it'll be "in depression."

And yeah, I'm very impressed with your English as well. It all makes sense anyway. I took Spanish in high school but all I can remember at this point is "Hola," "Como estas?," and "Adios." ;-)

Ben is Lara's friend Ava's son. He has a baby sister, too. I don't think his father's been mentioned, though.

His moms name is Ava, she´s a friend of Lara

I have a feeling I going to read KoS 2 or even 3 times before I can move on to read Magic Slays (Kate Danel, which is out the same day as KoS)

Any MS fan here? Kate and Curran is also another interesting couple (both very headstrong)

I'm trying to become a "regular" teacher, as I'm currently a teacher's assistant. Considering the economy, it's hard to find a job where I live; nevertheless, my "favorite school" currently has openings, so I'm hoping for one.

I'm planning on reading Magic Slays too. K & C are one of my favorite couples, although I love Sienna & Hawke more (along with Judd & Brenna and probably a few others). I wish they didn't have the same release date, as I'm just going to postpone reading Magic Slays as a result of KOS.

Toby reminds me of my own younger brother when he was 12... In general Siennas and Tobys relationship is very much alike to me and my brother

Jup I read it too But you're right...KoS comes first^^ Which book did you like best in that series?

I liked the last Kate Daniels book the most. I think that series gets better with each installment, at least thus far.
