Hello ladies, new poster here. Thank you all for the quotes. I have now finished reading all 46 pages of this thread, is there anyone who can give a new quote from Kiss of Snow (in honor of Mother's Day)? Very Happy Smile I love you

A release party'd be soo cool. Ah damnit, we need the village! xD

Love the quote! Smile

Oh and if we're lucky we'll get the books earlier. We = All the not US/Canada-residents. It's always like that with Amazon. They send the books to us as soon as they arrive in Germany. A friend of mine got Mercy Thompson a week before it was officially released.

Nah, it's not so bad, my class starts at 10. But I need to run some errands on my way. Pick up my books at the library, buy coffee, get my bicycle to the garage...

I will try when I get it. I was thinking of mugging the postman today and then when she did not have it bash her skull in.Although it was the thought she might not be able to deliver it that stopped me and not the threat of criminal charges.

As long as we don't have to visit you in jail, it's not important what held you off hurting the postman. I hope she'll deliver tomorrow.

Ahh, new quote.

Unfortunately i'm the UK where KOS doesn't come out until august. Sad
But I pre-ordered it from the book depository yesterday and hopefully they will be able to deliver it, I may get it before the release date or a week after. The book depository releases are strange like that as they sometimes release books early.

I have officially worked out that I'm not very patience.

My Sushi-caused* good mood forces me to tell you what one of my favorite moments in the book was. Very Happy (Unfortunately no quote)

Spoiler:
Although I'm still (again? xD) mad at Hawke, I love the scene, which is saying a lot -lol- I hope I'm not confusing things, though, cause I'm not sure -when- this is happening:
One night, when Sienna's already asleep, Hawke's knocking on her door. She lets him in and they go do bed. No sex etc. I think she's having a bad dream and he's there for her then, but I'm not sure. However when she wakes up he is lying behind her, his face in her neck and their legs tangled up and she realizes that this is the first moment that she woke up next to a man.
I know, this might be nothing big or major or hot or whatever to you, but I loved the scene and the way Nalini wrote it. They are neither fighting nor do they have one of their passionate moments (although there is steamy stuff happening as soon as they are both awake, if I remember correctly). They are just lying there and I love it.

*if that makes sense oô

Ahh Patricia, you rock!
The scene sounds lovely and from what I've heard of the book, it would be a big moment for them to just be with each other, with no anger or hard-assness ( not really a word, but you know what i mean drunken)

PS. Hope you're well.

I'd like to send you a personal sushi chef to your hometown! Thanks for that scene. It's definitely a calm, sweet and sexy moment.

Lol, are we sane MissRia?

When it was March I remember thinking "Yay! Only two more months left!" but now I'm all "Wahhh! It's never going to be May 31st!" How on earth is it that 21 days seems farther away than 2 months did? I am crazy.

geek We're all a little insane about KoS. We'll be blubbering about one scene or another. I don't think I can write a decent review because I'll end up saying something like, "Hawke and Sienna finally did it and I'm so happy!"

3 weeks 3 weeks 3 weeks!
