Finally i´ve got Kiss of Snow. I was surprised while reading Kiss of Snow that Snowdancer has more than one healer. I think that Darkriver has only one Tammy (plus the two defected Psy Sascha and Ashaya) What do think is the reason for this? I think its only because of the size of Snowdancer.

Yes the size.
If DarkRiver has the smal part of California under controll, and SnowDancer the rest ... thats a big piece of cake.
The Lieutnants got their owne sectors, and they have a lot of Lieutnants, so its possible (I haven't read KoS yet :'() that the healers are living in the greater cities or areas and travel around where they're needed

Each of the lieutenants who manage a sector have a healer attached to them in the same way Hawke is to Lara. This is due to the size of the terriotory and number in the pack.
