Categories | Genre -- Kindle Help?

Hey! I just got a Kindle.. Well, just.. Um, like.. 1-2 weeks ago. Anyway, I wanted to start adding books to collections, but I have no idea which ones would be best. Does anyone have some suggestions?

I also need some collections for my calibre and goodreads library, so even if I don't use all of them on my Kindle...

Until now I thought it would be best to do it like that:

Fantasy | Realistic Fiction | Non Fiction
Young Adult | Adult
Past | Present | Future | Alternative Universe

Dark | Light (e.g. Lynsay Sands books are light whereas Sherrilyn Kenyons aren't)

Fantasy: Contemporary & Urban Fantasy | Paranormal Fantasy | Epic (e.g. Lord of the Rings) | Science Fiction
Realistic Fiction: Contemporary Romance (including Chick Lit?) | Suspense | Transgressive Fiction | Anti Pop

Then I thought I should make some other collections like:

Historical Romance | Steampunk | Dystopian & Utopian

Mythology: Incubi & Succubi | Mermaids, Selkies and Sirens | Gods and Goddesses
Paranormal Elements: Ghosts, Zombies & Necromancers | Shapeshifters | Vampires | Faeries and Pixies | Immortality | Timetravel | Magic | Psychics | Aliens
Suspense Elements: Assassins | Body Guards | Kidnapping | Agencies | Police | Private Investigations | Terrorism

Drug Abuse | Abuse and Rape | Family Problems | Mental Deceases | Health Issues | Siblings | Orphans and Foster Care | Religions

Hmpf. Soo long. xD

Plus, I am not even able to add all my books, because I sometimes have no idea which books belong to which collection xDD

Try goodreads they have a slew of categories here http://www.goodreads.com/genres click on each thing like fantasy and they have like ten sub categories there like dark fantasy or high fantasy and so on and they explain them.
