A Live Action Guild Hunter Series

Has anyone seen the SyFy show Dominion?

It gives insight to what a Guild Hunter TV show would sort of look like. We get to see angels and humans walking amongst each other.  I know people have made GH fan videos in the past using footage from the movie Legion which ironically this show is based on about twenty five years later.  Alex Lannen the main character is now a grown man, but he was the unborn child that the archangel Michael was fighting to protect in the movie.

Admittedly the CG is not that great, and the angels in Dominion can retract their wings which was something they couldn't do in the movie. I specifically remember Michael's character in Legion cutting his wings off in order to blend in.  This doesn't detract from the stunning aerial shots and the beautiful vertical take-offs that the show features.

There is so much bad material that gets made into shows and GH is such a great storyline that I'd love to see it one day either become a live action movie or series.  And shows like Dominion gives me hope that it can actually be done.  Sure, GH's angel's would have to have their wings out all the time which would add to production costs to either make the realistic wings or add them in with CG.  I think that would add it's own allure as opposed to Dominion's "oh we can't tell who's a higher angel because they blend in so well as humans."

What do you guys think? I give my stamp of approval on Dominion by the way, and season 2 is set to release later this year.
