Speaking of "Making"

So if the angels make Vamps to purge the toxin, how often is necessary? Illium told Elena that he made a vamp once (Vamp did not live long after his making) If Illium is hundreds of years old- how is it he only had to purge once in all of those centuries?

Nalini has said that time passes different for Angels, but you also get the impression that angels have to purge at least sometimes, and if this is the case wouldn't every angel have a little stable of vamps beholden to them at any certain time?

Are some of Jason's spies (the vamp ones) comprised of some of his made that owe him felty?

IDK..but remember how they said the younger angels had purge more frequently than the older ones. I wonder how the child angels feel about that.

That's right, so are child angels makers too? Who do these newly made vamps have to serve, the young angel's parents? The local angel big boss? Or can they just purge the toxin and throw it away? Since it does not have to be an intimate act- can they just purge the toxin and it just be waste and not used on a vamp. Hmmmm
