Here's a thought

So many are speculating on whether it's Kaleb or Vasic in the next book. What if it's both?

I must say, I hope it's not but....

If it is, then I hope it has A LOT of pages. I think Vasic and Kaleb each deserve their own book, but that's just me.

Either would be great both would be odd.

I'm thinking maybe the Ghost is someone we hardly know like Abbott or wouldn't suspect like Vasquez as I can't see what would be shocking about Kaleb and Sahara's story.

I hope it's one or the other but that they gets lots of page time too!

And, yes, I agree with tabitha that Kaleb and Sahara wouldn't be shocking but . . . . most readers aren't as obsessive as we are. I posted over at amazon in one of the threads on Heart of Obsidian and the other posters had never even thought of Sahara because they didn't remember her at all. She wasn't even on their radar.

I'll say what would shock me - that the G has NO heroine.
I won't be surprised too if he's Vasic or Kaleb. The surprise would have been if he turned out to be Ming. You know, retconning him, something like the ebul guy wasn't really bad at all...he was just, errr...misunderstood.

Of course I'm just fooling around. We'd be up in arms if something like that happened. XD

I'm just a little worried that the 'shocker' would be a downer. So I'm trying to lower my expectations.

Honestly, I'm not too keen on Sahara. If we're going to have a Psy heroine, I want someone with dangerous abilities, nothing as...well, IMO, uninteresting ability like foretelling the future.

Maybe it's Nikita who has a heart of obsidian... it can be all about her and Anthony

But in all seriousness, I sort of hope it is Vasic. As much as I love Kaleb, I think she needs to keep him conflicted for the overarching Psy-politics plotline.

I reeeeally hope it's Vasic, too!! I would love to finally, finally read his story!

Though I think it might be strange seeing how TON ended and all.

Plus I kinda think the ghost's identity might stay a secret till the end of the story arch and I really want Vasic to be the ghost... :-)
