What methods did the H.A. use to try and kill Anthony, Henry and Shoshanna?
Also, did Anthony and Faith reveal how Faith and Sascha saved their lives? Does this put the Psy Council (or at least Anthony and Nikita) in debt to the changlings?

With Anthony, there was a bomb planted at a location where he was supposed to have a meeting. As for the others, you'll have to imagine for now.
With the reveal, do you mean did they reveal it to the other Councilors? No, I don't think so. As for debt - that doesn't really apply in Anthony's case as he's helped DR several times. As for Nikita...she's an interesting character, and you'll see more of how her mind works in future books.
