Blaze of Memory--how does it compare with the previous stories?

I feel terrible saying it but I'm up to pg. 110 and I'm still not terribly captured by Dev and Katya the way I have been with the previous couples.
This is the first book not featuring changelings and---I miss them! I love my changeling men lol! --and the changeling Pack dynamic.
But, Ms. Singh is a genius-even though I'm not enthralled with this couple, I don't want to lose the continuity of the back story which is really, really good and keeps us up to date with the other characters.

Don't feel too bad. Blaze of Memory wasn't my favorite book either.

Really? xD I loved that book. Huh.. I noticed that there are lots of people who do not love the books I adore as much as me. Guess you don't have to feel bad about it. I didn't like Faith's and Vaughn's story so much.

I liked it as a romance and it also gave the readers more insight into Nalini's Psy-Changeling world.
I always read Nalini's books twice as I tend to focus on the romance first and miss vital bits of the overall Psy-changeling story.
This book made me cry more than any of the others and I really liked Dev and Katya as a couple, but it wasn't my favourite book or my least favourite.

tabitha, I'm reading all the books more than once, as well. okay.. with me it's the thing that I'm SO often sick that there's loooots of time to read, so I read most of the books at least 5 times xD

Well Ok, at least its not just me! I have got the others ready to go when I finish--BOJ and POP. I'm anticipating the last one getting back to the changelings...reading slow, making them last because I just can't wait until June and Kiss of Snow!!

Yes, read VERY VERY slowly Ploria!! Otherwise, you'll be tortured, esp. with some of the Play of Passion scenes, lol.

(ps. Blaze wasn't my favorite either, although I really liked the final few chapters & thought there was a lot of important info. in it. I thought the characters were fine as well, just not my favorites.)

I liked BoM. Not my ABSOLUTE fav, but I guess that's cause I need me some changeling men. XD (as Ploria stated)

Its starting to pick up a little more for me and they are getting ready to make a trip to DarkRiver--yay
