Having now read BBF, I'm wondering, was Krychek Enrique's accomplice, or was he a victim?

Or maybe he was both, i.e. he was forced/coerced into being an accomplice. Now that would make for some interesting angst.

Krychek never struck me as the accomplice, or really BAD. To be honest I kind of like him. He's a very engrossing character. With the records from his juvenile years that Nikita found, it struck me as in he was being used, either as in forced to participate or watch. Children often have drastic changes (like his records show) when somethings wrong, when they are being hurt or used.
Plus, that would make a a much better story line and twist than having another Enrique out there. That would be horrible....

Yes, I'm def interested in knowing what mark he has on his arm and what it means and who would recognize it.

Of course I can't find the exact page right now (I'll try and pay attention the next time through) but there was a Kaleb page where he's talking about not being ready to not have the council done away with yet? Paraphrased badly.

My question is does he just want to be the big boss without the rest of the councilors or is he also for dismantling Silence?

Just a thought: Didn't the first gap in Krychek's training record happen when he was 7 years and 9 months old?

I think its great that she has planned this series out in such detail. Little crumbs like that are what make this series so good!

I definitely find him a fascinating character. I remember he mentioned learning his shielding from watching Sasha. I was thinking that the way she tracked Henry was kind of like "ghosting".
But I am also interested in why he would suggest Anthony for the council? Anthony is strong-not someone that a power hungry person would think they could manipulate. Anthony had turned down the position before. He is also the father of Faith, who before mating with Vaungh was Kaleb's rival for the post.
I am also interested in his quick alliance with Nakita.
Do you think these alliance have to do with there challenging relationships?
Did a swan challenging disappear during one of Kaleb's missing periods with Santo?
I am definitely curious about who he is keeping the house for!
