Kaleb Krycheck

I would love to see another person than Kaleb as the ghost, because I love the bad guys and I hope he IS bad

As for Vasic being the Ghost, somehow it doesn't feel right.

I don't think he's on the side of good or on the side of evil. I think he's on the side of Kaleb. So some of what he will do will be "good" and other things will be "evil" but all of it will be beneficial to Kaleb.

I agree with this statement. I think that he is a "true" councilor, and by that I mean that all with the exception of two coucilors have asperations of being "the one to rule them all". And I would also add in the fact that I think the ghost is Faiths brother. (BANG!...goes the granade) I'm beginning to think that rebelion is a family business for the Nightstar's.

I'm soooo confused about Kaleb, I don't now what to think any more,
sometimes I believe he is the ghost but at other times I think he is
evil and plotting to rule the Psy by himself. whatever his character is
I find him utterly fascinating and look forward to any mentions of him
in the books.

Well yes, I think Kaleb is Kaleb. No side concerns him, right or wrong doesnt matter, as long as it goes positively to what he thinks will be good for himself, the Psynet or wherever his loyalty lies. That's it, thats him.

Lets just see what will he (turn out to) be.

That is a crazy idea and it just might be true. I don't even know what to do with that idea. I tend to lean toward Vasic being the ghost but now I don't know. I like Kaleb but I don't think he is the ghost. Nor am I 100% sure he is immersed fully in Silence. I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't. His interactions with the Dark mind make me think if him as a sort of lion tamer if that makes sense.

Anthony couldn't be the Ghost. In Dorian/Ashaya's book he receives a message from the Ghost and is amazed that the man knew Anthony's true loyalties.

I believe that Kaleb is the ghost because he has contact with both the dark mind and net mind his sense of good and bad is more balanced. Also he was the one that wanted Anthony as the new councilor after Marshall was terminated. He's not good but not evil either and he could have already broke silence but his abilities whatever they are have trained and conditioned him so well he is able to hide it.

I agree with goodhoney but I think it's because Kaleb is fully embraced in silence and I think to be fully embraced would mean you would not be violent or on a crazy quest for power like many are. I think in truth there are very few that have 100% embraced silence.
