Money???

So, being an alpha must be pretty time eating. I get that the pack pays Soldiers and Healer and Lietnants/Sentinels ... but who pays the Alpha? I guess Lucas is some kind of supervisor for all those building stuff since two of his sentinels are architekts but what does Hawke do?

CEOs never lack for money. I doubt Pack Alphas do either.

Yeah, I'd guess that Hawke is basically CEO of all the SD companies like Luc is for DR.

DR and SD have construction companies, communication companies, etc. and maybe each member of the pack has an ownership interest in each company. So the alphas function as the CEO's (and get some kind of compensation for that) and have an ownership interest as well and share in the profits/dividends. Though they probably control billions, neither Luc or Hawke live lavish by any means which is kind of refreshing and different from most other romance H's with their servants and mansions and such.
