plot question

Definitely don't read this if you haven't read the book yet.

I have a question about something at the end of the book -
Tatiana seems to think the plot to kill the Councilors may have succeeded, but she was in the meeting after the plot was foiled? did i read that right?

No. She thought that there was a great chance of success, but has now gone back to re-evaluate how to get rid of the others.
