Awaken the Senses Sequel?
Hello, newbie here who recently discovered and have been devouring everything Nalini has written. I read Awaken the Senses last night and could find no sequel that it seemed to tee up with all the loose ends about Spencer and Charlotte's mother. Is there something out there that I missed or do you know if she has plans to write a sequel?* I saw a few written by another author that had some Ashtons invovled, Spencers ex and another about his children by Lilah. I was going to do more research to see if this is a pen name and look to see if she has plans to finish with Charlotte and Alexandre, but found this forum and thought you might be able to help me.
Thanks!
* Even though I would like this sequel, having more Guild Hunter books comes first! Go Elena and Raphael!

Re: Awaken the Senses Sequel?
That was covered by another author in the Desire line up. Spencer found his mom and actually met his wife at the reservation she was living in. They were re-united and Charlotte found out she was pregnant with the first grand-child.
Each installment of this series was written by a different author, I think there were like 12 in all. After it was all said and done, it wound up being Spencer's daughter from his first marriage that killed him. Hope this helps...

Re: Awaken the Senses Sequel?
Not all of them...there were a few that I could have done without, the most difficult thing about reading these types of series is that you need to keep in mind that there are DIFFERENT people writting each installment. Therefore, there will be different writting styles and also differences in certain details, points of view on character personalities...and the like. I can tell you that I was not happy with Charlotte's brother's book, I felt that it did nothing but finish the side story of their mother still being alive, while giving the brother a love interest that felt forced. His part of the story didn't even attempt to be a part of the over arching plot of the murdered Patriarch. But there are few of the other books that give you the feeling of having the characters but not the plot too. I honestly wouldn't recommend them. Nalini's book was the best of the bunch, I wouldn't bother with the others...Just my opinion though!
