1. Is it okay to say "Anybody has a right to change their lives." ? Because in highschool our teacher told us to always say "his/her life". Are there exceptions? Because people constantly use it, even if they start the sentence with the singular, eg. "A human is allowed to do blabla if they blabla".

2. Is there a website that summarizes how/when to use prepositions? Because I'm .. urgh! xD

1. Yes that's fine. Their can be used with a singular noun when it is unclear whether a male or female is being talked about. Anybody, anyone, a person, a human, a child, etc. Otherwise their is used with a plural noun.

I have no real question, but I constantly have problems with prepositions, because we use them differently in German.

We say "auf dem Bild" when you say "in the picture" so most Germans use on or *shiver* of the picture. Same goes for so many different things.. It's driving me nuts. A German teacher of mine gave me 13NP (We have points. 0NP = F, 15 NP= A+ | 14=1,0, 15=0.75) because I confused them, my English teacher did the same. Because I can't frigging not confuse them. *grr*

Especially on, of and at. I have no idea why.

Okay. I just googled it and, whoo, found a site. It asked me stuff and I failed. I always made 1-2 mistakes. And most of the times I knew - afterwards - what I did wrong, but..

Examples:

Something varys WITH something. Damn. And something is sacred to people, not for. And she trembled with and not in cold. And the last one doesn't even make sense in German, so what the heck? *dies*

That's like in algebra when I sat five hours in front of my homework until I got it right.. except that I didn't get it right but fell into some sort of f[x)=coma..

I remember trying to memorize German prepositions. In Serbian we have way less of them `cause we use more cases, and some of them made no sense at all. English is easier in a way because there is more of it around - when you hear sth so many times, it just jumps into your mind without you even noticing.

Cases? As in nominative, genitive..? In latin we had five (And the last one was basically useless. WHY the heck did we need that one? All the ex blabla bla!), in German four (which probably could be described as useless, seeing as how little people know how to properly use them). How much do you have? (And we actually need to use that many different prepositions because of the cases Then again, we also have three different forms of "the".. *sigh*) Now that you mention it.. There are more people who can't use German prepositions right than there are who can. :/ Plus, there are so many irregular forms.. Mhe!

My problem is.. German and English are so alike. (At least to me) And while I fortunately don't confuse things like become and get etc, these small motherf-ckers..

The Problem with German articles is they are usually assigned kind of randomly.

Boy is male, for example, while girl is not female but neutral.
Which follows a grammatical rule, that actually exists, but is totally counter intuitive.
Boy is a wird on it´s on, while the word for girl is a belittlement of the word maid. And belittlements, that end on -chen are always neutral ^^
Same as any word ending on -ung ist female.

If I'm to subscribe to the theory that the Ghost is Vasic, this is what I'll place on the table:
There's one person who needs feedback from the Psynet the Ghost doesn't want dead, the only thing that's keeping him from killing all the councilors, which would in turn lead to the deaths of millions of Psy. This person could be Aden. hah! Somebody shoot me! lol

Kaleb is searching for someone, one he could not teleport to. If this person is a Psy like Sahara, then she does not exist in the Psynet anymore, (unless my reasoning is all crooked, of course xD ) or Kaleb or Faith or any of the NightStars would have found her already. And Kaleb have some sort of connection to Darkmind, shouldn't he know the 'secrets' of the net? He certainly found Alice Eldridge.

Which leads to my conclusion that Kaleb's special girl is not on the net, therefore, killing all the councilors won't harm her. So Kaleb can't be the Ghost.

Egad, writing all that made my head hurt.
