That was my guess too. But do you think she has to get over Zaid first?

it would be fascinating if she and Zaid had something going. i would guess that if they did it would have happened during her captivity since she obviously didn't know him before.

i would also believe that it was the possibility of a relationship rather than a full blown love affair and he gave her up for the 'good' of Silence.

i'm on tenterhooks to know what her story is.

i'm also rooting for Vasic (poor baby).

And Zaid is dead. As in really dead. Nalini said so. Though I really like the idea of Alice and Zaid.

I just can't wrap my head around Alice as a heroine though, mostly because she is bald and prune like right now. That's probably not fair but it's how I see her.

But, yes to Vasic surviving and finding happiness like Judd has!!

I'm with Lulu I can't see Alice as a heroine yet because of how she's described.. I also can't help thinking of her as old even though she's been frozen.
I want a changeling to be Vasic's heroine, someone really fun that'll just confuse and ruffle Vasic..maybe someone like Rina?? or that wolf girl that got in a fight with Sienna at the beginning of KoS. I definitely don't want the heroine to be all delicate and submissive.

how old is Alice actually? I always had a feeling she was kinda 50 or so...

I think she was only around 30 or 32. So young and certainly age range for a h. I just am not all that interested in reading about her as other than a secondary character, though I feel like she's being set up as a h.

I always thought need end up with Lara's assistant Lucy, now I'm not so sure.

Maybe he will get his HEA with on of the Arrows who has already left the net?

Maybe the broken Anchor, Sonja from ToN?

I think I'd like to see him with Bowen's adoptive sister Lily

I don't think it will be Alice though as there is/was definitely something going on between her and Zaid.

Why not both? Sascha could help Vasic the way she did Dorian and Brenna and give his h something to work with. Right now Vasic is within an inch of throwing himself off a cliff.

Well, I can't see Vasic trusting Sascha enough to accept her help. He'll probably 'push' her away like Hawke did.

As for Zaid: He´s dead (total bummer), but we never have been told, how he died. What if they only could put Alice "in a box" because Zaid wasn´t there to prevent it, anymore?

I'm glad Nalini will not do a Aden/Vasic story. First of it will me a great waste of maleliness :-p

Secondly, and I apologies in advance to those who love JRWard BDB series she did a m/m From what I can gather from other readers in other forums it wasn't executed very well and got pan for it.

Vasic can come for me anytime! I would like to see him with someone who make him happy. Poor guy.

I find Alice character interesting. She probably give Amara and Ayshaya a run for their money.

I think Alice has got to be an important character after all the bulid up. And I think her story is gonna be very interesting - I mean she has scene the first glimpses of silence and now she will find the Protocol firmly in place and the Psy all emotionless... that has to be a shock - to see an entire rece has changed so much!

Maybe they could heal each other. Sort of like Dmitri and Honor in the Guild Hunter series.

Vasic and Alice? I don't know. As palestblue said, they are both so broken. And, honestly, I hope Alice doesn't become a lead character in this arc. She needs time to heal and recover her mind. There are only 2 or 3 books left in this arc and I can't really see her with Aden or Kaleb either.

Definitely can't see her with Kaleb.

But I can see her with Vasic.
