Just got my ARC

Stay up to 4 am to read the book....Other ppl might call that crazy but not me....I totally understand....I will probably do that when i got the book (hello...i am one of those ppl who line up at 12 am to get Harry Potter 7...I wonder did anyone of you guys did that.....? )

One thing happy about after reading all those reviews....ppl didn't spoil how the mate issue is resolved ( i don't care if I have known the x-designation (I am shocked though) or Baby's gender) ....

I will be quite upset if S is not H's mate...I know previous books mention...when one cannot find their mate, changeling form long term partners...yes, it will work (i mean humans are like that way...we are not really destined pair of mate)...but still....i will feel very unsatisfied if that's the case to S and H.

Well, you will be very unsatisfied for at least a long time. No telling if the mate-thing is solved in the end, though. I think it was an interesting plot, but as I said for like 400 times.. There weren't enough pages to make it feel... more real. I dunno if I was the only one, who felt that way. Wait, the other German-speaking ARC-Winner told me that she thought something like that, too. Dunno what the two Sarahs here on board are thinking. Gals? Same impression?

I think I was the one who said that. Or at least something like that. I think 100 pages more for Hawke and Sienna and their relationship development wouldn't have hurt.

Yah...i heard from you guys and the reviews...there seem to be a lot of stuff happening (way more than usually what happen in other changelling book)...it seem like not enough of hawke and sienna

I heard all about the mating "problem" and how its resolved thanks to Mandi ahhh i wish I can hugggg her right now. Hmmm, but besides that I am quiete curious to see how Nalini handled it. I think its going to be perfect.....well I hope

Anyways I have a question for you ladies, because i am quiet confused about what format KOS is coming out this May 29th. I have read some review stating e book, some saying paperback O_o idk, wasn't it only the hardcover version that is coming out? Does anyone else know?

edit: Because I would like to buy the paperback if its coming out this soon

This forum is a huge distraction for me at work. Like FashionSparkles, Mandi at GoodReads was kind enough to PM certain answers but not allow for more. These short answers only make me more eager for the book.

NS has a lot to cover in this book and I hope the future Psy/Changeling will feature glimpse of H & S.

Sob sob sob in my corner I really want to read KOS even more now the wait is driving me crazy! Lol I think I am nuts to want to read a book this much but I can not get over myself the word desperate comes to mind and one starring with an L but I refuse to call myself that! Lol Any who I'm a veggie too and I must say veggie sushi is great there are loads of places here in London and you can get at most supermarkets which is great so gals if your ever in London make sure you have sushi and Thai Malaysian and all the other types of cuisine available (there's loads) great options foe veggies too!!!

Bubble tea is chinese I think Taiwanese because I am Asian and we used to drink versions of these not quite like in the pictures but the tapioca thing is the same ingredient. Come to think of it we have versions of these in our air batu kacang which is shaved ice with a whole lot of great stuff inside.So may be not a chinese creation since we have had them even when I was in primary school in the 60's. I remember drinking them by the cartload. Well then I could now I have to watch my weigth sugar levels. Life is not good when you get old and on top of that are menopausal.

kitarad - i'm chinese so i've been exposed to bubble tea since the 90's. i used to think the stuff nasty but then a shop opened up near my work and i began drinking that stuff like crazy. the concoctions they came up with - my favorite was and is strawberry banana or coffee! sure wish i had one now.

I know we've seem to have gone off topic but just wanted to say love bubble tea the black balls at the bottom are great what are they?

One more OT post - MissRia, the bubbles are tapioca. They're supposed to be good for you, like gelatin is good for nails. But since they're starchy, they're carbs. Yum, just thinking of a bubble coming up through the straw and chewing on it with the rest of the drink.

Cool I love how they give you such a big straw for sucking up those bubbles anyway thanks for telling me promise to try and not go off topic again. anyway do we see much of Dev and the forgotten in this book and the new type of spy is one nalini has referred to on her website or one we have never heard of?
