So who is the Ghost?

Release date Germany was 29th. UK is 7th

Where is Vasic and Aden's age shown.

Since the book hasn't been released everywhere, I doubt she'll announce the next book. After KoS, I remember some time had passed before she announced Riaz and Adria's book. Definitely wasn't as soon as JR announced her next BDB book.

Judd defected at 26 and a year or two had passed before CbI, so I'd say he was 27 or 28 in the book. By ToN, 3-4 years have gone by all together, so he is 29 or 30.

Ok, Vasic is the oldest of the three, she would have to look it up, but he' s around 29.
Aden is the youngest at around 26.

Ok, I just remember one thing.... in KOS, Judd tells Hawke who the Ghost is. Hawke doesn't know who Vasic is... but he does know Kaleb... So if the Ghost is Vasic, it wouldn't make diference for Hakwe to know his identity when he doesn't even know who Vasic is.....

Judd told him so that some thigns would go without explanation. To point out that it's a fellow Arrow? Yeah. Can see that working, just like it would work out to say it's Kaleb.

Maybe... it would be like this:

Judd: So, Hawke, the Ghost is Vasic...
Hawke: Who the hell is Vasic?!
Judd: He is an Arrow... Who I trained with....
Hawke: Ohh... I don't know who he is... You sure we can trust him?
Judd: Humm, yes...

Besides, Aden is Vasic's best friend, if the Ghost is Vasic why isn't Aden a part of their group... Why only Judd and Xavier? And, as someone already said, why does Judd meets with Aden and Vasic, and then he meets with Vasic as the Ghost..... ... this is so confusing....

There are several possibilities. For example: Vasic obviously wants Aden to have a life. The Ghost does harm innocents, I suppose. Aden would have even more guilt then.

Judd meets Aden and Vasic is in the background, so Judd doesn't even see him then. If Aden doesn't know, then he has to meet them separately. If Aden knows, then it's still important so Xavier doesn't make any connections, considering how he, as a human, doesn't have that strong shields or anything.

Again, Judd saw both Vasic and Kaleb face-to-face, but not when he knew they were the Ghost, so now he HAS to try to avoid seeing their faces..

Just wondering since I've read pretty much everything on here...on the branded by fire Q&A Nalini said that Vasic's book wouldn't be part of this story arc if he got a book at all. So I'm wondering if that was either a trick or if that means he can't be the ghost since the ghost is a part of this story arc? regardless I find all the theories and guesses so entertaining!

Or she could have just changed her mind about where the story is going, Branded By Fire was years ago...several authors make statements about the possible future but the story takes on a life of it's own...plus Branded By Fire and the FAQ was part of the first arc, we are into the next one! Come on Vasic! lol

Some characters just spring to life later on and Vasic is one that has developed a fan base. Nalini might respond to that by writing a book for him. I really hope she does.

I don't know if this has been clarified in previous threads/discussions: but are we sure that we have met the Ghost in his real identity? What if the real identity of the Ghost is someone not previously mentioned or never met in previous books or novellas?

If the Ghost wasn't a "he", I'd maybe start to wonder about Silver, Kaleb's assistant but too little is known about her and she's a she. I keep thinking it's one of the usual suspects: Kaleb or Vasic. If it turns out to be a really minor charcter that has only been mentioned a tiny bit (say, Abbott) then that kind of reduces the impact.

I'd probably shit myself if it was someone like Walker. I know that he isn't the Ghost, I just mean.. someone we all KNOW, but never considered.

I'm sure we could make one. We wouldn't need ALL male Psy, just male TKs (or designation unknowns) who have featured in the main story line.

My knee jerk reaction to Zie Zen is 'no, that's not his style'. Because he seems to be more...I don't know...subtle than the Ghost. That said, there is really no other reason why it couldn't be Zie Zen. Its not a perfect fit, but its not a bad fit either.
